Riding and casual use must comply with the MEP Membership Terms and Conditions and directions from MEP officials or event organisers. Keep off closed or restricted arenas, wet ground and unavailable areas. Machinery or irrigation may be operating. Casual ground fees must be paid before riding outside an approved event booking. No riding during events unless approved by the event organiser or MEP. Approved riding helmets must be worn when mounted. Riders under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult. Jumping requires a back protector and a second person present. · $25 / day · 12 total

Unpowered Camping Fee is per truck/float. A yard must be booked for each horse staying overnight. Park only in approved areas and keep gates, accessways, arenas and emergency access clear. No fires. Grey water and toilet/septic waste must be disposed of at an approved dump station, not anywhere at MEP. Nearest: Spring Creek Holiday Park. · $25 / day · 50 total

Covered Yards – 4 × 4 m Book and pay before use. Covered yards are normally unallocated. During busy periods or events, allocated yards must be used as assigned. Do not move horses between allocated yards without approval. Users are responsible for ensuring horses are secure, settled and safe. · $25 / day · 54 total

Open Yards – 4 × 4 m Book and pay before use. Open yards are normally unallocated. During busy periods or events, allocated yards must be used as assigned. Do not move horses to covered yards without approval/payment Users are responsible for ensuring horses are secure, settled and safe. · $15 / day · 100 total

No overnighting - short term stopovers Horses must not be left unattended unless securely contained, settled and safe. Users remain responsible for their horses at all times. · $10 / day · 20 total
